A custom staff booking platform that turns lane scheduling, tabs, and payments into a single real-time dashboard.

The Challenge

Managing lane bookings, leagues, walk-ins, tabs, and payments by hand was slow and error-prone, and staff had no clear real-time view of which lanes were open.

What We Built

  • Custom staff dashboard with a real-time Lane Availability grid
  • Click-to-view booking detail panel showing time, lanes, customer, guests, totals, status, and notes

A direct-booking website that cuts OTA commissions and automates the entire guest journey from checkout to check-in.

The Challenge

Heavy reliance on Airbnb and Vrbo meant ongoing commission fees and a clunky guest experience built on multiple emailed forms that guests routinely ignored.

What We Built

  • Direct-booking website with a self-contained checkout
  • Rental agreement e-acceptance enforced at checkout (server-verified, logged with timestamp and IP)
  • Hostfully and Supabase integration that registers bookings and signed agreements automatically
  • Pre-arrival guest form surfaced at peak engagement, with an email backstop
  • Runs alongside OTA channels with self-resolving links for every guest type

The Result

  • Direct bookings avoid OTA commission fees
  • Signed rental agreements captured automatically, with zero manual follow-up
