SMS / text messaging

When you text one of our business phone numbers, or ask us to text you, you agree to receive conversational text messages related to your inquiry, such as responses to your questions, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or use them to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextStep Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
